For my Daughter's wedding, I created both the wedding cake and the groom's cake. The groom's cake was chocolate fudge, with chocolate ganache filling. The wedding cake was pistachio, raspberry, lemon. Covered in fondant, with handmade sugar ornaments, dozens of handmade sugar flowers, and edible glitter.
