Hi friends! First, I want to thank you for your patience and support while I’ve paused baking over the past few months. Life got a little busy, but I’ve slowly woken my sourdough starter back up and I’m excited to begin releasing bakes again—slowly and in limited quantities. There’s no set schedule right now, so the best way to grab something is to watch this page for updates.

• Brown Butter Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies -my signature, rich, chewy cookies made with long fermented sourdough starter

Fresh out of the oven, I’ve got 8 Classic Sourdough Loaves ready for pickup today! The weather’s turned cold, and we even saw a little snow spit ❄️… perfect time to cozy up with a warm bowl of soup, chili, or stew and a slice of fresh sourdough.

🍞✨ Bigger Loaves, Same Price! ✨🍞

I’ve made a small (well… actually bigger 😄) change to my sourdough loaves!
Each classic loaf is now 850 grams pre-baked, up from 650 grams, with no price increase.

And while I’ve increased the size, my sourdough remains the most affordable in town -even my loaves with inclusions are still priced several dollars below others. 💛

I want my bread to stay accessible to everyone, because good sourdough should be something anyone can enjoy, not a luxury. 🥖
