Let’s talk about burning out in the baking community and how to get through it. 🤍

Sometimes you can love something with your whole heart and still feel completely burnt out by it. Between the late nights, orders, and trying to keep up with everything, it’s easy to lose sight of the joy that made you fall in love with baking in the first place.

I have had to learn and remind myself over the years that it’s okay to slow down, take a breath, and give yourself grace. We’re human before we’re business owners, and we don’t have to run ourselves into the ground to prove how much we love what we do.

If you’ve been feeling this way, too, you’re not alone.

Me trying to manage social media, baking, a social life, work a 9-5, respond to messages, run my business, bake for events, spend time with family, go to the gym, and be in bed by 9pm.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 anyone else feel like this everyday? 👀 I wouldn’t have it any other way though!
