Happy September!

For those who don’t know me, I’m Katelyn! I run Pay What You Crumb with the help of my husband and my almost 4-year-old, AJ. We’re hoping to get the stand back up and running after Aj’s birthday, so it’ll most likely be sometime after the middle of September.

I’m not 100% sure what my menu will look like yet, so I’ll probably start small and add things as I go. I’ll also have some non-food items here and there.
My stand is always Pay What You Can. I started it that way because I never want someone to have to worry about their budget when they stop by.I just want people to be able to enjoy the things I make.

I also run East Tennessee Farmstands, where I help local farm stands get some extra exposure and keep up with our East Tennessee farm stand map. We’re now over 150 farm stands on the map, which is honestly crazy to think about!
I’m excited to get my little stand back up and running and see what the rest of the year brings.

Finally, we have some more zinnias popping up, which means fresh flowers are back at the stand! I added a little lemon balm to the bouquets today for an extra touch of greenery and a lovely fresh scent.

Come by and grab yourself some flowers, and as always, pay what you can! 💕
