📣 A little update to our store hours! ⏰

We’re making a small change to our closing times at both locations:

📍 Johnson City: Now closing at 3:30 PM
📍 Blanco: Now closing at 4:30 PM

This change allows us to better leverage the amazing team members we have to meet our customers’ needs during our busiest hours, while also giving our team some much-needed family time at the end of the day. ❤️

We’re so grateful for your continued support and understanding as we make this adjustment. Our goal is to take great care of both our customers and our team — because we believe taking care of our people means they can continue taking great care of you! ☕️

Thank you for growing with us and supporting our small business! 💚

We’ll see you during our new hours! 👋

🤠MEET THE COWBOY — LIMITED TIME ONLY! 🤠

This one’s got a little grit, a lot of flavor, and no plans to stick around.

🍔 THE COWBOY BURGER
Two smash patties, two slices of melty provolone, smoky BBQ sauce, and a heap of crispy fried onions. Big, messy, cheesy, and made to satisfy.

🌭 THE COWBOY DOG
A quarter-pound all-beef hot dog topped with melted provolone, crispy fried onions, and smoky BBQ sauce. One serious dog with some serious flavor.

🔥 THE COWBOY IS ONLY RIDING INTO TOWN FOR A LIMITED TIME.
