A few things we will have at the bread shed .

Michigan Sourdough
Whole wheat Country bread ( it's like buttermilk bread)
Cookies pretzels some muffins and more ..

Have to get those pretzels going now ... busy busy
Oh and we are starting to offer some of our specialty flours ...
Semolina, Spelt, Rye, ... Sourdough starter culture will be available after I finish following my own directions to make the starter lol. I want to make sure it's as foolproof as possible

Have you had a Dough Joe Bagel 🥯 we are going to have Onion bagels and BLUEBERRY 🫐 Bagels Friday.

I chopped and dry roast the onions then rehydrate. Makes a world of difference

And the blueberries are from our picking in the UP i dred some out so they wouldn't disintegrate while mixing up.
