My version yes is different than the original request, couldn’t find a mold within the time I had that was the same, but client was pleased!

3 layers of vanilla cake heart shaped, frosted with pink vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream accented with Marchino Cherries and white pearl sprinkles.

Cake was 5” Blue Velvet Cake frosted Vanilla Swiss Buttercream Frosting
Hand painted with Food coloring “Baby is Coming”

Hand cut fondant wings

Topped with a cake pop egg coated with swiss buttercream frosting covered in fondant scales, hand painted with food coloring to add depth, and added some sparkle of blue luster dust.
