Sure hope everyone had a safe and wonderful 250 year celebration of our great nation. Personally I spent the day redecorating Benson’s room. (Yes my cat has a room).
Sharing the few pictures I have of what we have doing with cakes the last couple of weeks.
Just a bit of info and recommendation for anyone having custom cakes made or any cake for that matter. This heat is brutal and cakes are more delicate as a result. Wherever you get you cakes from, plan ahead, have your car cool before you load your cake and place it on a flat surface. The seat and lap isn’t safe. Especially if the icing is soft. They will slide and can mess up your cakes design and stability.
