I didn’t make my Artisan sourdough bread for a while….
Today I had the chance to do it again and even is a wonderful bread….I need to confess, I became a fan of the sweet potato… I love the flavor, the soft texture and color that provide to my bread.

This time I did a try of my Sourdough bread with purple sweet potato… at the end turn in to a smurf’s bread 🤣 and I had my first cuisine hypothesis:
Any purple vegetables will turn blue-green in the presence of an acid medium.

No too long ago I joined a Master class….

I am learning new things from the best “Sensei“ in the bakery business.

My progress is slow because I have 2 small kids, but I hope in a medium future be able to offer more products with the best quality, incomparable flavor and the healthiest option. ❤️🙌
