Those sexy curves 👀 Our schiacciata, the main character in Prato Bakery show (don’t forget the co-star, the Cantucci!) is made with only a few ingredients: a custom flour, natural yeast, salt, water and extra virgin Tuscan olive oil. 😋 For us Tuscan, it’s street food, we buy it at the ‘forno’, plain or filled with our delicious Tuscan cold cuts and veggies and we eat it in the ‘piazza’, sul ‘muretto’ with friends, or if we bought just a plain piece with the bread, we eat it all in the car before getting home for lunch 🤣 🇮🇹
