P A S T R I E S

We make some of our fresh sweets but most of them come from Lisa Billingsley. She is a professional pastry chef that lives and bakes right here in Jerome. She sells her own pastries under the guise of Bo****lo Sweets a.k.a. the Sugar Shack. You can find her in Jerome on the northbound side of the 89A, across the street from Pura Vida Gallery.

She's makes pastries for us 3~4 times a week, keeping it fresh and sweet at The Mine. She puts some much love into her pastries you can really taste it. Her most popular feature here is the Linzertorte. Some people call in just to make sure we haven't run out yet and can save them the last one!
