While on a trip to New York I stood in line to see what the fuss was about over these pastries. It deserves the hype! Flaky crescent like pastry meets filled donut. After one bite I dropped it on the subway floor. Audible noooo. After my mourning period I was determined to recreate them! Allow 72 hours when ordering.
