I just noticed that 2 days ago made
THREE YEARS since I started Lexi Leigh’s!!!

I never knew that making a cookie cake for my father in law’s birthday would have led me here. I was a new mom of a six month old starting a home bakery business! Looking back, that was an absolutely insane thing for me to try to do 😅

I was so surprised with all of the support I had received at the beginning. But then I found out I was pregnant with my second… and due to a high risk pregnancy and a few complications in my first trimester… I had to put my new business on pause.

Somewhere along the line, I found myself here. Raising two toddlers and every weekend booked until the end of November 🥹

I shared a picture of my very first cookie cake and a picture of me and Archer around when I started. And there’s a picture of us all now with one of the last cookie cakes I made…

I am so amazed. Thank you to everyone that’s supported me! It is so much fun to continue learn and try new things. This little business has helped my little family more than you know on a few tougher weeks.

I love you guys.

With love,

Always

Should I add 🍌 banana cake 🍌 to the menu???
This cake was EVERYTHING!

It’s everything you love about banana bread, but with the softness of a cake AND with cream cheese frosting.

I know this picture isn’t the most glamorous, but it’s my own personal piece I THOROUGHLY enjoyed.

I definitely will be making these for a PUPU (Pop up pick up) one of these days!

I have a lot of new followers, so I just wanted to hop on here and show my face!

Thank you for supporting a stay at home mom of two littles! I am so thankful for each of you.

If you haven’t already, take a look at my Bakesy website that’s linked in the bio!

I do cakes, cookie cakes, cupcakes, brownies, brookies, and all kinds of things, including homemade fudge rounds by the dozen!

I also do pop-up pick up every once in a while so be on the look out for my posts! I’ll bake random goodies to be picked up on a random day of the week. 🤩

With love,

Always
