🥐 THIS IS NOT YOUR ORDINARY CROISSANT. 🥐

Meet Sheila Anne’s weekend pick and our new Cross-Laminated SNICKERS Croissant — layers upon layers of buttery French pastry, baked until deeply caramelized and crisp.

Then we take it completely over the top:

We are having a fabulous time refining our techniques with Sheila Anne’s mentor Chef George who came all the way from Paris. And, don’t forget he is teaching a very special class this Saturday at 1:00-2:30pm on Butter and will prepare 6 different types of French biscuits for you to try. This is such a unique opportunity. We are including his fabulous resume and have lowered the class price to $75. We have a few spots remaining. All tickets will be $75. You will receive beverages, 6 recipes, samples and detailed info about the pastries and preparation, a take home pastry and a wonderful time.

Georges began his pastry career in some of Paris’s most demanding houses, including Ladurée and Pavillon Dauphine. From the beginning, he developed a strong respect for precision, consistency and the importance of good ingredients.

His career then became an international journey through pastry, chocolate and ice cream. He worked in the high standards of luxury hospitality aboard Silversea and Disney Cruise Line, and created refined pastry experiences in destinations including Saint-Barthélemy and La Réunion. He also contributed to the international development of Ladurée, including boutique openings in Morocco and support for the brand in Japan. A memorable experience at Le Cordon Bleu in Shanghai further broadened his perspective on pastry and teaching.
