It’s wild to go from 20-26 gallons a week of starter to this tiny jar this week while we attempt to take some time off.

Note “attempt” because guess where we are right this minute working- you’ll never guess. 🙄

Reminder-we will be open tomorrow 9-12 with a limited menu which is pinned. The only exception to that menu is we will have tobblers as well as what’s posted.

I love this crumb pattern because your butter doesn’t fall through but it’s still light and airy.

Now- I gotta toast- add butter and salt flakes for the ultimate comfort food.
