I would like to get some feedback from my customers, followers or anyone that is familiar with my baking products. I am one that usually when I have my mind set on something I go for it, but sometimes I hit that rough patch because of something I have tried to make that is unique, different, family recipe and can’t find anywhere else it is a hit for awhile and then dies off so I just back off from it because I just don’t know where to go with it. I have been doing this for over 23 years and started out decorating cakes.

I understand that I am not a storefront business, and might not have things made up all the time, but I do take pre-orders and you can pick up or possibly have delivered if arrangements are made ahead of time. I am a small local business or person trying to have my business take off just like anyone else.

I don’t do just buttermilk brownie donuts, I also make and decorate cakes, cupcakes, pies, cream cheese mints, breads, cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls, cookies, pies, cheesecakes, some candies, etc. I do what the customer wants or try to. I don’t limit the flavors or size of cakes they may want or anything like that. There are not a lot of places that do this. A lot of my things are made with family recipes. My stuff is not pre made by someone else then taken out of the freezer and then baked or thawed then decorated.

So I guess I would like to know what people look for or would like to see offered to them. I try to keep my prices pretty reasonable so people can have those treats for the holidays or whatever occasion may come up. So I would just like feedback to see what I can do to improve and keep having happy customers. I will be coming up with different flavors for donuts and will take pre orders. Remember these are baked and not fried. Thank you.
