So today I received a message asking if I still do the brownie donuts and told the gal yes I do. She ordered a dozen but in the mean time it was good that she wanted them tomorrow and will even deliver since she lives in town, but it also got me started to work on an order for 10 dozen that are going to Montana. Making chocolate chocolate and peanut butter with just the glazes and the order for tomorrow was just caramel glaze.

Took a little break from school work today and did some baking.

Did some cupcakes with my neighbor girl just so she would have an opportunity to do them. She put her own creativity to work. She had fun doing them.

Then I also made pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and caramel apple treats on top.

Holidays are coming up and I am going to try to start getting back into making some things again because I really miss doing what I love. My life has been crazy with working full time, going to school and taking care of family life. So I will try to start posting more, but it will probably be mostly pre-orders that I do because I don’t want to have inventory on hand. For Halloween I am thinking cupcakes and cookie cakes and individual mini cakes. If there is anything else of course you would like to order feel free to ask. I am here for you. The pictures posted are just some examples of some of the items.

So this past weekend I had the opportunity to make the wedding cakes for someone that I have been friends of the family with for over 39 years. Thank you Cassie for asking me to help out with your special day. I am glad that everyone enjoyed the cake. I am glad you had such a great turnout and thank you for inviting me also to the wedding. It was great to see your family again. I wish you and Mike all the happiness in the world.

I know I have not posted on here for a while thanks for been kind of crazy hectic was working again, but I do miss my baking for my clients, but I’m trying to come up with some different ideas of what people might like. I will still do my brownie donuts, but I’m also wondering what do people prefer baked or fried? I have thought about drinking some donuts that need to be fried, but I’m looking for different things that I can try. I have also thought about different snack mixes, and things like that you have the holidays, but you are always one so if anybody can give me ideas of what people would like you would like I am all open for ideas, but I think what I will do is start doing pre-orders instead of having stuff made up all the time the pre-orders the money would be collected upfront so please stay in your opinion. My long-term goal was to have my bakery takeoff.
