The restaurant named after the school mascot is set up in the Family & Consumer Science Department. A meal is served at 11:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, February - May on a reservation basis. Business people, club groups, parents, and others from the community make up th
e clientele, along with teachers and some students opting for a change from the school cafeteria.Featuring a single menu each day, the restaurant always serves some type of "homemade" bread. Charges for the meal are very reasonable and any profit goes back into the program for expenses. The students rotate through food service positions that include manager, head cook, baker, salad chef, dessert chef, general utility, and dining room head.
