Made Oreo balls for the first time last night for a customer. Satisfied customer besides the fact she did not get to try them at the family gathering. Another thing I can add to the menu for people to order.

Tomorrow I will be making caramel puff corn I believe like at least 4 batches and they will be sold in 1 gallon ziplock bags for $20 per bag and also the cinnamon hard rock candy or also known as Anise candy. Not sure how much a batch will make or the cost of it yet. Let me know if interested in any of these items. Thank you.

I did get a couple of loaves of Banana Bread with no nuts made today for a couple of orders. One is going to Ohio and another is going to a local customer. I also have more Oyster Cracker snack mix made up, I have several bags of that they are 5 oz for 5.00. If interested let me know.

I have also decided to just start posting items that I am wanting to make for Christmas that I have made in the past for customers and just take orders if people are wanting them. I would like people’s feedback on that or if there are items that you are interested in I would be more than happy to make them up. I am just trying to not have a whole lot of inventory on hand right now and have things go bad.

I am more than happy to items up for anyone at anyone time. There are some times that you are able to have it same day if I have everything on hand for whatever it is that you would like. I am all about having happy customers.

Today is another day of baking since the weather is not so nice. So keep an eye out of what may pop up that has been created today. Remember just because I may have not made it or posted does not mean I will not make it for my customers. I aim to please my customers. Also I also appreciate any feedback or comments and you can post them right on my page. Again be aware new things will be posted today.

Today I worked on fulfilling orders for some mini Bronut Donuts and I also made some standard size ones with the extra batter I had. I had forgotten how much I actually miss making them. This is the outcome of the mini ones and the standard size ones. If you would like to order some for your Christmas there is still time. Please just allow me a couple of days at least notice. I am appreciating all of the orders that are coming through. I even received an order tonight from Ohio for someone I have never met, just from talking to them tonight about other things on marketplace.

Today I made:

Cherry Bing Bars- they are like a twin bing candy bar with a cherry layer on the bottom with nuts and the top layer is chocolate with nuts. (Cut into 3x3 pieces and are there are 12 available. Most have the ingredient labels on them.). $5.00 each. Weight is approximately 6 oz each (my moms recipe)

Peanut Brittle- this has salted Spanish peanuts in it. ( put into Christmas snack bags and there are 5 bags available) 8 oz in each bag, $7.00 each (aunts recipe)

Also did mini red velvet cakes with cream cheese frosting and Christmas sprinkles. They are $5.00 each. Weight ?

Not all products have ingredient labels on them yet as I ran out but they are first come first serve. Payment accepted is Venmo, PayPal and cash. Payment due upon ordering.
