I recently had the privilege of making the cake and cupcakes for my nephew's wedding. The bride and groom are both divers and she loves sharks so they wanted a cake to reflect that. Both tiers of the cake are 3-layers each of chocolate, and the cupcakes are red velvet and chocolate. The coral on the cake is made from isomalt.
