Day 48,49!!!! WE ARE BACK!!!!! Yesterday we did prep for today and today we made lean breads! We are learning different types of starters to make breads with! We made some delicious ciabatta, ancient loafs, baguettes, and some english muffins! So grateful to be back doing what I love again!

YEAR 3!!!! I can not express my gratitude enough for this past year! I am so overwhelmed by the amount of love and support my friends, family and community has shown me not only during school but also for my business. I am so blessed to be able to go to school to learn new techniques and styles of pastries that through my business I am able to share with others. I could not have been able to do this without my family! Without their support and love I would not be where I am today! I can’t wait to see what another year brings for me!
