I don't know what to say, if you ever had the privilege to meet or get to know my beautiful mom, you would know what an amazing person she was.
Over the past year and half, my mother rosi has been battling pancreatic cancer, she sadly lost that battle a couple days ago, she is in heaven now with her husband, my dad, and i hope and pray she is at peace.
I wanted to let you all know, even though she didnt want people to see her as a burden or have anyone show her pitty, but i think its important, with how much she loved all her customers old and new. This business she built was like her second family, something she wanted me to have for the future. She worked so hard for years doing what she loved, being a chef, working her butt off to not only show me the dedication she has, but instil it into me.
So for now, i won't be taking orders for awhile, but hopefully i can do something special in honor of my mom in the future.
