GF Flour Blossom Bakehouse We are a dedicated gluten free cottage industry bakehouse specializing in scratch made, custom orders We use ONLY GLUTEN FREE ingredients. Custom orders only.

All of our baked goods are prepared in our dedicated gluten free home kitchen. All of our ingredients, with the exception of food colorings and decorating sugars, are processed in facilities that do not process wheat. However, we only purchase food colorings and decorating sugars from manufacturers who state they follow thorough cleaning procedures to prevent the risk cross contamination. If you h

ave any questions or concerns, I would be happy to talk with you so you can make an informed decision. All of our baked goods are free of artificial flavors and free of artificial dyes. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Large orders (more than four dozen) must be placed at least a week in advance. We deliver with no charge to Jarrell, TX and Taylor, TX. Delivery to other areas available on special request and for an additional charge. Or, customers can pick up at the bakehouse.

While the bakehouse was on hiatus, my husband and I started eating keto. It was a logical diet option for us because true keto is also gluten free. Learning to bake keto has been challenging and rewarding by requiring me to use new ingredients and new techniques. We will be adding various keto baked goods to our menu, including a yeasted sandwich bread loaf, various cookies, brownies, and mini bundt cakes. I am working on food costs and pricing for the keto menu, so stay tuned to see what we will have to offer.
