We are going to be closed next Saturday (06/20) for a family wedding! 🥳
We know it is the Saturday before Father’s Day so we wanted to give you all some notice so that you can plan accordingly! This may throw a wrench in some people’s plans and we are so so sorry about that. 😔
We thought it may be possible to still be open, but, alas, it is not in the stars ✨
In order to be certain that we provide a high quality product and high quality service we will only be open next Wednesday (06/17) 🥰
Keep an eye out for updates about what we’ll have Wednesday and thank you so much for being so understanding and supportive! ❤️
Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience but we hope you all still have a beautiful Saturday!

We have decided to do our very own version of the video Dot Cakes and we have officially decided to call them SUGAR STACKS 🤭

🍋 Lemon Raspberry - Lemon cake with cream cheese frosting and raspberry jam (shown red and yellow but now pink and yellow)

🍫Chocolate Cookies n Cream - Chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and oreo cookies in the middle (rainbow sprinkles)

We get this question a lot especially online!
We have donated to various businesses, shelters, and causes, but have now decided that the bulk of our “leftover” bakery items will go to our local food bank ❤️
ECHO does amazing things for our community and services up to 40 families a day!
Food banks are what kept our family going for years so it feels necessary to give back in any way we can 💞

We steer away from topics such as politics and religion but what we don’t steer away from is creating an environment where ALL people are welcome.
June is pride month and this week all our items will be pride themed. We wanted to use this as an opportunity to remind our customers that any and everyone is welcome to our shop as long as they come with kindness.
We are here to make EVERYONES day sweeter regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic status, or anything else!
Our owner once said “I make the same cookie for the millionaire as I do for the person on welfare” and there is no better way to say it! We are here to give everyone the same service and quality regardless of how you present or identify.
