The AKC Agility Premier Cup 🐕 headlined the celebration of the US Army 250th anniversary 🇺🇸 ⚔️ celebration on Day 2!
Again, we are filming this months in advance for ESPN, to air on Flag Day and the week of the Fourth of July, later this year.
Our TV crew had a walk-through of our own this morning, so we could familiarize ourselves with the agility course that the dogs would be running later today. The speed, power and grace of these animals was truly amazing to see! Running the Hi-Rez slow mo 🎥 again, made for some really neat replays!
Long day #2 ended with striking and loading up the Raycom truck, to head to Savannah for another setup day in a new location tomorrow, with our final day of filming on Sunday.

Game 2 of the first round of the 2024 Kelly Cup Playoffs between the Icemen and the Everblades was an offensive struggle. The Icemen took game 1, 4-0. So the Icemen team were looking to go up 2-0 in this best of seven series, but they’d need to do it in overtime. After trading goals in the 2nd period tied 1-1, both teams remained scoreless in regulation. Eight minutes into overtime, with the Everblades on the fast-break, Matt Wedman scored the game-winner for the visitors, from deep beyond the blue line. The Icemen fall 2-1 final in OT, evening the series at one game a piece.

My first Sharks game of 2024!
The rules in this Arena League have TWO receivers in motion on offense. Making the backfield a crowded intersection, with no room for a hand-held camera 🎥 taking up space! So I am happily relegated behind the padded wall and not having my head on a swivel‼️😂🦈🏈 🎥

The improbable happened Saturday at the Billie Jean King Cup, Women’s World Championships. 🏆 Ukraine, with a commanding 2-0 lead after day one of competition, only needed one more victory on Saturday to secure advancing to the finals in Spain later this year.
Romania’s .bogdan_ and both won their singles matches, to even the competition at 2-2! The two then teamed up for an exciting doubles finals match to decide, winner take all! Romania prevailed 6-2, 7-6 in the 2nd set tiebreaker, for a dramatic and emotional celebration for Team Romania! 🇷🇴 🎾🇷🇴

The Billie Jean King Cup, is the Women’s World Cup of tennis. Originally known as the Federation Cup, it has eight qualifiers internationally this weekend. 138 nations across six continents are represented in this global tournament.
Ukraine 🇺🇦 vs Romania 🇷🇴 compete in Amelia Island. With a victory this weekend, the qualifer joins Canada 🇨🇦 Italy 🇮🇹 Czechia 🇨🇿 and host Spain 🇪🇸 for the finals in November.

#10 FLORIDA TAKES OPENING GAME AGAINST #5 LSU!
The Gators received a gritty performance in the circle from Keagan Rothrock and late game heroics from Reagan Walsh at the plate. 4-1, to open the series Saturday in front of 2,161 fans at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium.
The Gators (33-5, 8-2 SEC) and the Tigers (30-6, 8-5 SEC) were locked into a pitcher’s duel between UF freshman right-hander Keagan Rothrock (17-3) and LSU’s sophomore Sydney Berzon (13-2). LSU scored first in the ^6th. Then Walsh put a cap on the Gators scoring in the bottom of the frame and the game as she lifted the 1-2 offering from Berzon over the left center field wall. The three-run home run was the 13th of the season. A beautiful night for softball‼️🥎 🌻 Game 2 of the series is set for Sunday at 1pm on ESPN2.

Only Olive’s 2nd gymnastics meet tonight, but this time around, she was more in tune with each event and apparatus the gymnasts were performing on! Taking gymnastics at Infinity at the Beaches this year has made an impression! I’ve never seen her so excited and enthusiastic! She was dancing, singing and cheering them on❣️🤸🏽🤸🏾‍♀️🐊🧡💙
Florida, the #4 national seed, won Session II with a 197.925 team score, advancing to Sunday’s regional final along with runner-up Missouri. The Tigers edged out 3rd-place Georgia, 197.525 to 197.425. Iowa State finished 4th with a 196.575.
Florida and Missouri join Utah and Michigan State in Sunday’s regional championship at Exactech Arena, with the top two teams Sunday advancing to the NCAA Championships in two weeks in Fort Worth, Texas. Florida’s score Friday night was better than either Utah’s (197.825) or Michigan State’s (197.475) in Friday’s Session 1. Olive loved every minute!! We’ll be back for the Finals!
