Let's play a little weekend catch up...

In the left hand corner we have my infamous chocolate Guinness cupcakes with Irish cream cheese frosting. They went out to a good friends housewarming party per his request. (He always requests them for every and any reason.) I think at last count yesterday he had eaten 5. 🙊

In the right corner we have mini s'mores pies going out tomorrow for more customer thank you's! I wish someone thanked me with s'mores pies that's for sure! 🔥

I bought a bag of cherries last weekend that completely blew my mind. Juicy. Sweet. Just the right amount of tartness. I couldn't stop eating them. If you haven't had some cherries yet this season GO NOW! You will thank me.

These babies are fresh black cherry crumble pies. A hint of amaretto in the cherries and few almonds sprinkled over the crumble to really send them over the top. There will be three happy customers tomorrow. 🍒🍒🍒

100* weather tends to put a damper on baking for me as my house just gets too warm BUT this peanut butter pie doesn't require an oven. A no bake Oreo crust, a THICK layer of ganache and then a smoooooooth as silk, decadently rich and creamy peanut butter cream cheese filling. There was about 1/3 left after the BBQ I had over the weekend. Operative word: was. 🤤
