Here are a few tips for baking from our kitchen to yours!

1. Use a silpat or parchment sheet
2. Follow measurements closely
3. Baking cookies? Use a single sample cookie to make sure your recipe is correct!
4. Weigh your dough
5. Use an ice cream scoop for even baked size cookies
6. Bake everything in the center of your oven!
7. Chill the dough before working with it
8. DO NOT over mix
9. Use lighter color pans
