Just a few minor tweaks to be done, but boy is it yummy 😍

I'm going to freeze these for the babies to eat, I just slice and wrap each slice in saran wrap, then put the slices in a Ziploc bag. I'll throw em in the microwave for 15 seconds to thaw them, or just leave them to thaw for about 20 min and they're good to go!

When I first started sourdough, I was so thrown off by the way my dough looked before I started stretch and folds. How does this turn into such beautiful loaves? If your dough looks like this after you mix it together - no worries! After your first set of stretch and folds, you'll have a much smoother dough.
