As you could probably already tell I took an indefinite break from baking. I had plans to come back but life took other turns and I have recently took on a new job. I am very grateful for that opportunity as it allows me to continue to stay home with my girls.
I won't be checking this page much but if you do ever need anyone for some those o so good chocolate chip cookies, cakes, or anything else please reach out to me on my personal page Tessa Hayes McWilliams and I'll be more then happy to see if I can help you. I'll be keeping that sourdough starter alive just for those amazing cookies!

Croissant loaf which I don’t think looks to bad for not having baked a loaf in what feels like FOREVER!

So with me slowly easing back into baking a little would anyone be interested in me opening up an order for Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies?? 😍 They would be available for pickup this coming up Friday & Saturday and would offered in 1/2 dozen for $12 and full dozen for $20. If your new here these are 90-100 gram cookies full of chocolate chips with sourdough discard to give it the perfect balance of not being overly sweet and no taste of sour. These were a huge fav among customers!

Last nights dinner 🤤 cast iron pizza with a crust made only from sourdough discard. This was the first time I’ve made this and I can tell you it won’t be the last. This crust was so good and so crispy. Yes the edges got extra done but it’s okay the bottom was perfection😁
