Also, we know that many people do not care for the taste of traditional fondant, which is why we make our fondant from scratch and tailor the flavors to your specifications (e.g., strawberry, marshmallow, chocolate, lemon, and many other possibilities.) And that's why we can say with certainty that we know cake!
