Then store it somewhere cool and dry.

🚫Not the garage.
🚫Not the attic.
🚫Definitely not the trunk of the car.

Band Parent Starter Pack: Instrument Bag/Case Edition

Things that should always be in that case:
✔️ Cleaning cloth
✔️ Extra reeds (if needed)
✔️ Valve oil / cork grease
✔️ A pencil (trust us on this one)
✔️ Sheet music, in a folder, not tossed in
✔️Our number and address for those just in case moments!

Do you ever wonder why I don’t just fix everything?

It’s not because we can’t to some level or the other. It’s because we choose to stay focused.

Woodwind and brass instruments require specific tools, parts, and experience.
When anyone tries to do everything, that’s how quality slips.

I’d rather be really good at one thing than average at everything.

That’s how your instrument gets the care it deserves.

They keep track of your schedules. They sit through your practices, performances and concerts.
They even remind many of you (more than once 😄) to take care of their instrument

And sometimes, they’re the reason it finally makes it into the shop.
