Terms and Conditions

A 2-week notice is required on all custom orders and 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders over $300. Full payment is due on all orders under $300 and is non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing and sent to [email protected]. Please kindly gives us a 5-day notice that you are cancelling your order and please note that cancellations

are all final at time of cancellation of said date. We must receive the full payment on orders $300 and less within 24 hours when an invoice is issued to the client. If payment is not received or if no prior payment arrangement has been made, then the order will be voided and deposit will not be refunded. Payment arrangements are only applicable on large orders priced over $300. Every customer is given a date and time for their orders. If an order is not picked up 30 minutes after the time allotted to that customer a $10 fee will be applied for every 30 minutes that the order is in our possession. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after it has left our shop/home-based bakery. You, the customer, are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure LEVEL area to transport your order safely and at the event. Please be advised that cakes are heavy and require a sturdy LEVEL table. We will help you get the cake in your car and give you tips to make transportation and set up a success. Transportation directions are available upon request. Please be advised that cakes, cupcakes, cookies and confections for outside events may react poorly to the heat and melt. We will not be held responsible or accountable for any buttercream and/or whipped topping cakes, cupcakes, cookies, confections and/or chocolate dipped products that are damaged due to the product(s) being held and/or served in a venue where there is no proper storage or ventilation for the product(s). Our products may contain and/or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. While every precaution will be taken in the cases of known allergies, it remains the full responsibility of the client to inform guests of possible allergens. I began a new journey in 2025 and along the way, a few unexpected things temporarily paused my business. As this new year begins, I’m happy to share that I’m back to baking… MOMENTARILY.

I’m officially reopening on a VERY LIMITED order basis while juggling a very full schedule. Availability will be very limited, so I truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

It was an absolute honor to create this elegant set of cakes for a beautiful couple celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. The color palette was a beautiful blend of light & dark sage and cream, accented with hints of gold and delicate peach-toned florals — a reflection of timeless grace and enduring love.

Each tier was as sweet as their journey together, with flavors of red velvet, lemon, and strawberry.

This couple is a true example that true love stands the test of time and really does conquer all. Wishing them 30 more years (and beyond) of happiness, laughter, and unwavering love!
