A little late posting this all chocolate Anniversary cake!

This is a heart shaped devils food chocolate cake. There's a chocolate ganache center with chocolate buttercream and a whipped chocolate ganache!! And of course some Halloween colored sprinkles to add a little bit of color!

This was fun and I feel I learned so much making this one! Another fun opportunity to expand my skills!

Made these fun creations this weekend! I had so much fun and am so thankful for those giving me the opportunity to better my skills! The Mini Mouse Smash cake is a vanilla buttercake and and vanilla buttercream. The Anniversary heart is Strawberry cake with chocolate ganace and a Strawberry butter cream.

And of course I had to make myself some cupcakes with he left overs. Strawberry cupcakes with a chocolate ganace center and strawberry buttercream!

These were my last few bakes I did! Did a 90's themed cake for a birthday! It's a vanilla buttercake with strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream.

Then I did some cupcakes for my coworkers! Just a simple vanilla buttercake with buttercream!

I finally figured out my Strawberry cake!!!

The fathers day cake is a strawberry cake, chocolate ganache center and strawberry buttercream! I also played with making a striped cake! Turned out much better than expected! This was made for my boyfriend Chad!

The Birthday cake was a Hawaiian theme!! It is a cheesecake with a strawberry center topped with a vanilla butter cake layer with buttercream! I wanted to make it look like a sunset with flowers! Still working on my colors but definitely turned out better than expected!!

I also have to give a shout out to my helper!! My kiddo Indica! We had so much fun making these!

Can't wait for my next order coming up in July!

I started classes at UAPTC Culinary Arts an Hospitality Management school this week! I am taking class to broaden my baking and Pastry skills.
