In five short weeks from this coming Sunday, on June 28, we will be hosting our next Gourmet to Go fundraiser, this time in support of Preservation SOS - Historic Springfield (Save Our Springfield)!!
Let’s face it, summer is here. And who needs something hot on a late June day? This time we will be all in for cold main dish pasta salads! 
Here’s a preview… The offering will be posted on Monday, June 8, with three different flavors and two sizes to choose from. Each quart feeds 2 to 3 people for a main dish. 
Limited amount of gluten-free pastas will be available if you are in need of that.

Lemon herb vinaigrette, chickpeas, vegetables & feta

🥪 Classic Italian Antipasto Pasta Salad
Deli meats, provolone, green olives, banana peppers, creamy Italian dressing
🔥 Smoky BBQ Ranch Chicken Pasta Salad
Sweet Corn, black beans, cheddar, bacon, and bold BBQ-ranch flavor

That’s it!  we did a test run on these in April and they were a big hit!
