Today my culinary students really outdid themselves 🥹 The ones who have passed their ServSafe exam were tasked with creating a menu for the school’s Poetry Cafe event and they snapped! NO LEFTOVERS! I thought them passing the test alone was my favorite part, but seeing them in action today while I took the backseat was priceless. I love them fr. It was one thing to be a sub, but to be their real teacher?? WOW! I’m doing my lil 1,2 quite well if I do say so myself 😂👩🏾‍🍳💕

They made:
1. Mini pasta bread bowls and pasta bowls with what was left
2. Jerk BBQ Wings
3. Chicken BLT Sliders
4. Fruit Cups
5. Oreo Brownie Bites
6. Cookie Monster Cookies
7. Triscuit Cracker Snacks
8. Punch

I have 3 full size cakes available RIGHT NOW (and a few individual slices for those celebrating solo.) Pickup is available now until 1pm from the Midweek Market off Sadler Rd Fernandina Beach Market Place .
Delivery and Jacksonville Pickup is available immediately after the market.
