☀️Delivery to service members in the barracks starts on April 29th, the delivery schedule follows Joyful Heart’s regular schedule. Locals can schedule a time to pickup a box directly with me!

Giving a little throwback with these sweet treats. I created this cookie sandwich that perfectly reminds me of the orange creamsicle popsicles! 🤤

I've been on a bit of a hiatus, and while I am I have been able to do a little bit of rebranding!
When I first started my bakery, I did so many different items, all custom orders, and no real rhyme or reason. It was exhausting and took up so much more time than I had realized. As months went on I started focusing more on what I was good at rather than doing a mix of thousands of items. While the name of my bakery has changed, a lot has still remained! The EK in my name is sentimental to me and my family. That's something that won't ever change. The greenery that I've always placed around my bakery name is a symbol of the freshness I try to provide and the love for nature and the earth around us. So far, all things that are more tender and sentimental. Now, for the chicken in my new logo, it is, in fact, a silkie chicken! I have always been so fond of them, loved the joy they can bring to my family and me, and it's again another testament that I will always do my best to provide the best, most nutritious ingredients that are locally sourced.
While I am still on somewhat of a hiatus for a bit longer, I am still behind the scenes coming up with lots of delicious recipes, and still working some with the wonderful Joyful Heart Deliveries! I hope to see many familiar names, as well as new ones, soon!

Anytime I bake, I always strive to find the best and most local ingredients I can!! With my current January treat box, I love having this local honey to use for the cinnamon roll protein bites!! (Pictures of those coming soon.) It is so fresh, so tasty, and the perfect added sweetness to the protein bites.

These banana streusel muffins are my new favorite way to eat bananas. 😂
A beautifully tender crumb, a hint of cinnamon, and a buttery streusel. They are the perfect sweetness. I think these could even be a qualifying breakfast! 🫣😬
You can get these in my current treat box. Boxes are $38 a piece, and orders close Wednesday the 24th at 11:45pm EST.
Also included in the box are strawberry oat bars, cinnamon roll protein bites, and chocolate peanut butter oat bars!!
