Fuller Baking Co. Specializing in homemade sourdough breads, bagels, and incredible French croissants. Weekly porch pick up in North Jax and monthly at The Northside Market.

All offerings are made to order. Our name is unique! It is not comprised of your typical bakery terms, to us, our company and mission run deeper than just flour + water. We want to leave behind something for our children, a company they can mold and shift to their needs as they grow up and take on the Wild + Free reigns. Our name comes from Psalms 127:3-5 where it says: "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; They shall not be ashamed, But shall speak with their enemies in the gate." Our children are so precious to us and taking on the role of their parents is something we take to heart. Our prayer is that we can provide for our children while baking the best breads, croissants + artisan delicacies and still point our four arrows to Him.
