Nellie's Lavender Estate

Nellie's Lavender Estate Nellie's Lavender is a private estate and working farm centered on core principles of land preservation and sustainability.

Nellie's Lavender Estate is founded on the core principle to grow the finest quality French lavender, source and produce high quality, organic specialty food items, pastries and sweets, pampering products and beautiful adornments to connect body, soul and home. Nellie's Lavender Estate was founded in memory of my grandmother, Nellie, who shared her love affair with mother earth in everything that

she did and created. This energy and passion was infused in my spirit at a young age. As I turn back to my roots, I am inspired to ignite that same light in all of you, which is reflected in both our physical farm and new Farm StoreYou may also visit us online @ www.nellieslavenderestate.com

Bring on the HONEY 🍯 🐝
It’s arguably one of the BEST times of the summer season … this late spring / early summer harvest will turn out a beautiful blend of white clover, fruit blossom, mountain mint and lavender honey.
I would expect it to be pale in color, semi translucent with a mild, classic sweetness. Definite yet subtle floral notes.

Our first projected harvest …. Approx 200lbs!
It’s going to be a BUSY WEEKEND 🫢🏻

Second harvest will be closer to end of August / Labor Day weekend and have more true wildflower with goldenrod. May even have an entire goldenrod harvest for early fall.

PURCHASE INFO …. Look for select farm store dates and will be in stock at Napoleon Bee Supply, LLC mid August.

I’m happy to put an arrangement together for you or that special someone. Just need a few hours notice.
