I had to make a sculpture for a 3D Design class. There had to be meaning behind it. So I took the irony of creating something people generally hate made out of something most people love - Cake! This is by far not my best work, but I wanted to share because it was a lot of fun to do. My class seemed to enjoy it as well! Also included is a picture of my family's beautiful model, Abby!

Pregnant belly cake complete with ultrasound picture of little Ms. Maddalynn!

Flavor is pink champagne, the belly has a strawberry/raspberry filling with white ganache. The top is filled and coated with chocolate ganache.

Even though Mommy wanted blue, she's carrying a little baby girl! I can't wait to meet her!

Congratulations Mr. And Mrs. Heath! There were so many flavors going on here... The cake was vanilla with raspberry filling, as well as chocolate with buttercream and topped with a custom Star Wars cake topper. The cupcakes included a lemon lavender honey, raspberry lemon, strawberry and Ghirardelli white chocolate, champagne, and almond wedding cake with raspberry filling.

I had my Momma in the kitchen today, helping me out with this one for her friend Peggy's retirement party. A geode cake for "the rock" of their group of friends. It's fitting for her. 😊

Congratulations to my best friend of 20 years, Michelle and her boy friend Josh! In the next few weeks they will be welcoming their baby girl, Sadie May! I was honored to ne able to make this cake for your baby shower!

By request, a "narwhal cake with drips." As simple as it is... this was pretty difficult to come up with.... narwhals aren't exactly "in"...but the birthday girl loves it. She's such a unique little girl. Why be a unicorn when you can be a narwhal, right?

It's a marble cake with vanilla buttercream and whole, milk- soaked oreo's for the filling. Yum! The narwhal is made out of fondant that I make myself. She even ate that whole big piece of the narwhal!

Congratulations Austin, for graduating to Eagle Scouts! Thank you for letting us help out with your special day!

The top was a vanilla/strawberry combo with an Ameican Flag pattern when you slice it.

The middle tier is vanilla with buttercream, however I added a small twist. White chocolate with pop rocks in the filling for a surprise pop.

The bottom tier was basic chocolate with buttercream filling.
