One of the most fun orders I’ve had for a girls birthday. Chocolate cake, raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream.

Having a baking challenge and being able to create something amazing is what drives me to bake for people. This is a sneaky cake- it’s actually banana/blueberry bread with a cream cheese/yogurt frosting. No refined sugar, only some maple syrup in the frosting. I made this for my daughters first birthday, so she could have something fun to celebrate without a ton of sugar.

These babies have oats AND cranberries in them. I’m pretty sure that means they’re healthy, right?
