✨Friendly reminder and politely update on pickups✨
I am booked til Mid July.

INVOICES:
Also if invoices are not paid within a week of when you receive it your order will automatically be cancelled. That is how my website is setup. If another person wants that same day and they put down a deposit that day is now unavailable. First come, first serve. I only have so many spots available.

PICK UPS:
I have 3 times to pick up on Saturdays. 10am, 10:30am and 11am. I understand things happen so there is a 15 minute grace period after that time that you picked. After the 15min grace period there is now a $5 charge after every 10mins you’re late. I wasn’t going to do this but I have early pickups on the weekend because I have two boys that I love to spend time with so please be respectful of that.

If you let me know hey something came up can I reschedule later today? If I’m available absolutely not a problem but if I’m being honest the ones that haven’t communicated and just show up one hour later are ruining it for everyone else.
