We are excited to announce that Social Events will be resuming! Our Social Committee had their first meeting last night, and there are some exciting events being planned for the year. We will post a full list of dates and events at the end of this month. The first event to be held by the Social Committee will be Friday May 20th, Save the Date! (Details to come later this month)

We are also excited to announce, that Providence Apartments will be hosting another BBQ on the Great Lawn. The BBQ will be held on June 10th from 4pm till 8pm. Save the Date! More Details coming soon!

We look forward to seeing everyone again!

Thank you to all our residents who attended our Welcome Back/ postponed 10 year Anniversary of Providence on the Park BBQ. A great time was had by all! The turnout was the best we’ve ever had, and everyone had a great time reuniting with their old and new neighbors. We look forward to the social activities resuming and things returning to normal. See you at the next event! 😊

Please check your email and the mail room for your invite to our Providence Apartments, Welcome Back/10 Year Anniversary BBQ being held on the great lawn on June 18th, 2021 from 4:30-8:30pm.

Food being cooked on site by Idle Hour Deli, Entertainment being provide by DJC Productions!

We are excited to announce our first ever Holiday Door Decorating Contest!

We invite all of our residents to get creative and decorate your front doors for the holidays for a chance to win some great prizes. If you wish to participate, please have your door decorated by December 7th. Voting will take place December 7th through December 21st, and winners will be announced on December 22nd. Voting ballots, along with instructions have been mailed to all residents.

1st Place- $400 Cash
2nd Place- $250 Pat's Marketplace Gift Card
3rd Place- $150 Target Gift Card
