ME's Gluten Free Bake Shop is a small home bakery specializing in delectable Gluten Free baked goods such as cookies, cupcakes, cakes, pies among other delicious treats. ME's was born out of necessity. My wife was diagnosed with Celiac Disease before there were many Gluten Free products on the market. As an avid baker this was hard because she could no longer enjoy some of her favorite treats like

cookies, cupcakes, cake or even a slice of pie. Even today with the awareness of Gluten Free diet restrictions restaurants usually have a very limited dessert menu which usually includes creme brûlée or a bowl of fruit. A majority of bakeries that say they offer Gluten Free options usually only have a very limited choice and sometimes those are only on certain days. We went to one cupcake shop on three different days at three different times and it was never the day or time they had gluten free cupcakes. Whether its for your personal pleasure, a gift, for a business meeting or to bring to a party - we aim to bring classic desserts and baked goods back to those on a gluten free diet.
