A letter from the baker…

Our beloved Pistachio Baklava — the flavor that began our story and remains a customer favorite. Each piece is hand-layered with delicate sheets of phyllo dough, brushed with rich butter between every layer. What makes it truly special is the filling: generous layers of our signature nut blend, made with 70% pistachios and 30% walnuts for the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Topped with our signature rose water syrup, giving each bite a gentle, not-too-sweet flavor.

I’ve been thinking a lot about this moment. I have been soaking it all in and getting super emotional just thinking about it.

Coffee Cove didn’t just happen overnight. There were long days, stressful nights, doubts, and a lot of moments where it would’ve been easier to quit. But I didn’t—and that’s because of the people who believed in me, even when this was just an idea.
For over a year I heard the question over and over again, “when will your shop be open” and I gave a vague answer but deep inside even I didn’t really know

To everyone who supported me, showed up, shared a post, told a friend, or simply encouraged me when I needed it most—thank you. You’re a part of this.

This space is more than just coffee. It’s something I poured everything into, and seeing people walk through the doors and enjoy it makes every sacrifice worth it.

From the layout, to the furniture, to the plants and decor it all came from my heart for you to sit and enjoy.

I hope we can spend more time together in the next few years and get to know each other more.
