I always want to use the best ingredients in my baking, so last week at Downtown Waxahachie Farmer's Market I stopped at Rolen's Honey Bees and WOW. Some of the best honey I’ve ever had! I used it in my Honey Bun cookies, and I’ve got to say that these are some of my new favorites!
