Despite all the uncertainty Covid-19 has caused, life’s happiest moments still go on. Congratulations to Veena & Nate who tied the knot with masks and all 😷☺️. So happy to make an impromptu wedding cake for them with limited tools and supplies. (Had to smooth the sides with a cutting board! ) Decorated with fresh flowers, this lemon and coconut rum cake with fresh strawberry filling, turned out great!🥥🍓🍰 Wishing then a life filled with blessings and happiness, CONGRATULATIONS ❤️

Baking up chocolate cake cups early this morning. This is definitely my happy place. I miss these mornings, miss making cakes 🎂 Thank you so much to the amazing individuals who have sponsored cake cups for local first responders. Your kindness is so very appreciated by the hospital staff. I don’t have pics of them having the cake cups because I send the cake in with nurses and doctors I know and our temple group who make about 120 meals a week for the hospital. Also, non patients are not allowed on site for obvious reasons. I am told that when the staff sees the cake bags they start cheering ☺️ ❤️
