We tested out Matcha Cotta but it was so labor intensive and the biggest pain to get the cream disc to stay put so we threw in the towel.
We have this flavor today, but by Sunday 5/17 Matcha Strawberry will take its place.
If you want to try it (creamy disc of matcha cooked cream layered in between Matcha & Milk & Honey buttercream. Note: the flavor contains gelatin), today is the day!
Also many more interesting and delicious flavors on the list so grab those too.

I met the loveliest soul .loveis because of my macadamia flavor macaron.
She fell in love with macarons after trying this flavor at our good friend’s wedding

More than a decade later, I brought back this flavor but with a small twist. Classic macadamia now has a white chocolate hat!

Here is this week’s rotation!
Egg Coffee: an interpretation of my favorite drink in Hà Nội. Coffee, but make it dessert: a creamy layer of egg custard sandwiched between fragrant coffee buttercream.
Pineapple Cake: inspired by Taiwanese pineapple cakes. We dressed our Pineapple Cake macaron up a little with a white chocolate glaze and freeze dried pineapples for that fun crunch.
Peaches & Cream: outer layer of peach buttercream with a peach jam center, brightened with yuzu juice.
Mango Yuzu: outer layer of mango yuzu buttercream with mango jam center.
Millionaire’s Shortbread: back by request! Dark chocolate ganache, gooey salted caramel, and shortbread all wrapped between two macaron shells.
Ooh, and I know a few folks saw the previous clip of our durian macaron. It will be back very very soon!! Stay tuned on our Story 😁.

Here are this week’s flavors. We’re still celebrating the abundance of raspberry jam we’ve made with two raspberry flavors. We also have a brand new flavor for you this round: Salted Caramel Pretzel. Both sweet and salty in one bite: gooey caramel enveloped in pretzel buttercream. The top shell is glazed with white choco melt and topped with crushed butter pretzels.
If you are a matcha fan you can’t miss our Matcha macaron. We’ve upgraded the matcha powder to ceremonial grade matcha and it is so good 💚.
