10 years at The Spectrum !!!
Oh the many happy moments and the hardships we went through and still here baking.
Running H&B required us to do so much more than just produce an exceptional product. Neither Pawel nor I came from a culinary nor business background. Everything we learned we learned from trial and error and being in the deep end: employee management, compliance, maintain customer & vendor relationships, advertise/create/post content even after long work days, equipment maintenance because they like to break down during the busiest day, many meetings with our attorneys & CPAs, & goodness so many more.
Many days we returned home from work so beat up, and woke up the next day tired to our bones. There were days that we were just fed up dealing with the liabilities, bad actors, and even each other. But when we read about how much you enjoy our products and how you miss their taste after not having them for a while, when we see you show up for the things we made, when we hear how you appreciate the kindness and positive energy of our front of the house staff, all is right with the world again.
We are eternally grateful to all the customers who continued to support us, to all the friends we made along the way, to the staff who worked for us, and to all the brands who took a chance with us!
We have so many awesome events planned for this year! Canāt wait to share them with you. As always, thank you so much and see you at the shop!!
