Here is this week’s rotation!
Egg Coffee: an interpretation of my favorite drink in Hà Nội. Coffee, but make it dessert: a creamy layer of egg custard sandwiched between fragrant coffee buttercream.
Pineapple Cake: inspired by Taiwanese pineapple cakes. We dressed our Pineapple Cake macaron up a little with a white chocolate glaze and freeze dried pineapples for that fun crunch.
Peaches & Cream: outer layer of peach buttercream with a peach jam center, brightened with yuzu juice.
Mango Yuzu: outer layer of mango yuzu buttercream with mango jam center.
Millionaire’s Shortbread: back by request! Dark chocolate ganache, gooey salted caramel, and shortbread all wrapped between two macaron shells.
