Finally made the “Crookie”….

This golden, flaky croissant met a thick, gooey cookie and decided to make poor decisions—in the best way. Crisp on the outside, soft and melty on the inside, with chocolate doing whatever it wants in every bite. It’s buttery, it’s rich, and honestly… I got a little reckless with the chocolate ganache drizzle!! Yum, yum
