Good evening everyone! I want to thank some of you who had reached out with concern, and wondering where those darn cookies are! Haha! So I’ve had a serious family health issue (no, not covid) that has taken up most of my time and I’ll need to devote more time in the future. So that leaves no time for baking if I want room to breathe, a little 😊 so I won’t be selling cookies at the Tap for a while. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate your business and all the kind words I’ve received over the past year! You all are such wonderful people and I hope you keep enjoying that amazing food at the Tap! That place is the best around! Thanks to everyone and stay warm!! ❤️❤️

Tried two new flavors and delivered them to Old 218 Tap today! There is a double chocolate and caramel cookie, and a maple syrup butter cookie 🙌 I turned pure maple syrup into a candy and put them in my butter cookie. Just a nice warm touch of fall ❤️

Happy Tuesday, everyone! Bah humbug on the early snow but it did prompt some messages, and I’m on it! I’ve had people ask me if I would look into making hot chocolate bombs, and I’m happy to do it! I’ll test a few out first then post some pictures with what I have. I’m thinking I’ll just do a curbside pickup maybe, but we’ll see how this goes. Bring on fall and winter ❄️ It’s hot cocoa season ❤️

Going to give a cookie a test run. I’m delivering a White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookie to Old 218 Tap today! They have this amazing buttery taste, and the salty sweet flavor from the sea salt on the macadamia nuts vs the white chocolate just blends it all together. At $4 per package I hope you enjoy! What is that? So to anyone purchasing my Glazed Lemon cookies from the Old 218 Tap, you may see these “spots” on the bottom. It’s simply crystallized lemon! I wanted more of a punch of lemon flavor and less of the lemon extract to give it a more natural lemon taste. So I went to a crystallized lemon ingredient 🍋 I absolutely love it and I hope you do, too!
