If you are looking for something tasty… look no further! Stop by The Tasty Cajun Food Truck at Floral City Foods ! Oh My Goodness everything is Delicious & Huge portions! 😳
I took Nick there for an early Father’s Day treat and they didn’t disappoint! He had the Shrimp Po Boy, I had the Tasty Cajun Chicken Sandwich & we had Cajun Fries! Yummy!😋

Who would have ever guessed 3 years ago when God put an urgency on our hearts to close our cake/cupcake shop (during the most productive year we had) and we took a huge leap of faith, 100% trusting Him not knowing what we were going to do next… that 2 months after we closed in December 2019, Covid would hit the world in 2020!?!?! God knew!!!👆
God speaks to all of us every day, unfortunately we aren’t always tuned in to what He is telling us!
When Nick told me in the spring of 2019 that God told him we have to close the shop, I’m not gonna lie… although I know my husband hears from God, Nicole's House of Cakes was my baby and if God wanted me to close it… God needed to tell me too!
Trust me, that was not what I wanted to do but after praying & fasting God put the urgency on my heart to close the shop as well! ❤️
Even though it was hard to say goodbye… We had a big celebration filled with family, friends, customers who became family and friends, love, hugs, tears, gifts, lots of cupcakes and support ending the 10 years of our successful business and closing our doors, Just in the Nick of time!! To God be the Glory!! 🙌🙌🙌
Since then God has opened so many doors…
One of my favorite things to do at the shop was to have Kid’s Day! Probably because I’m just a big kid myself. And today… Every Day is Kid’s Day! Not only do we have 10 adorable grandchildren, I am a children’s pastor and I also work at a christian school! Things are definitely different then they were 3 years ago… we took a leap of faith and God showed up!!
