PTSD
PTSD doesn’t mean you’re weak.
It means you survived something that tried to destroy you.
It shows up in quiet moments.
In loud noises.
In memories you didn’t invite.
In a body that learned to stay alert just to stay alive.
Some days you’re strong.
Some days you’re exhausted from being strong.
And both are valid.
Healing isn’t linear.
There are setbacks, triggers, pauses, and progress that no one claps for.
But listen closely—
You are not broken.
You are not failing.
You are responding exactly how a survivor does.
If you’re still here, still breathing, still trying—
that is strength.
🖤 You are seen.
🖤 You are not alone.
🖤 And your story is still unfolding.
